• SPECIFICATIONS - The ‘EVDOUBLER-1430/50’ adapter is ~10” long & rated at 15A. It connects a 120V Level 1 charger to a 4 pin 240V 14-30R or 14-50R wall outlet typically used for dryers, stoves or at RV Parks. See SAFETY SEAL information below.
• HOW IT WORKS - This EVDOUBLER works by connecting your EV Charger to a 240V (or two 120V) outlets. This is possible because many chargers have a ‘240V European Design’ which will work internationally on upto 250V. The US version just has a new 120V label and power cord. CAUTION IS REQUIRED. • SAFETY SEAL CAUTION - EVDoctor provides an industry leading ‘Red Safety Seal’ to semi-permanently seal your 120V plug to the EVDOUBLER. This is important because the the 120V plug on the EVDOUBLER actually outputs 240V. If you plug another device into the EVDOUBLER it will be damaged. The EVDOUBLER is only for use with compatible EVSE’s.
